You will be connected with one of our in-home organizers, who will assess your space, determine the number of people needed, select the necessary organization products, and establish a timeline to complete your space design. It's that simple.

MODERN NEAT SERVICES
Hourly model (for flexibility / small jobs)
- Solo organizer (base): $95 / hr (urban/high-cost).
- Senior move manager specialization: $65–$80 / hr
- Two-person team (faster, used for closets/kitchens): $145–$220 / hr (team rate).
- Travel/materials: flat travel fee $25–$75 depending on distance; materials charged at cost + 15–30% handling fee.
Fixed packages
- Quick Declutter (1 room, 2–3hrs): $150–$300 — ideal intro/trial
- Single-Room Refresh (closet, pantry, or kitchen drawer overhaul; 4–6 hrs., includes sorting + container placement): $350–$900
- Full Home Reset (3–5 rooms; multi-day team): $1,200–$4,500 depending on home size and team
- Move Pack + Label (per bedroom): $125–$400 / bedroom (includes materials if selected)
- Full Pack + Unpack (turnkey move service): $1,000–$5,000+ depending on size; offer an add-on hourly for on-site unpacking the moving day
Senior / Downsizing packages
- Downsizing Consultation + Plan (2-3 hrs + written plan): $250–$450
- Downsizing + Sorting (full-service; includes donation coordination & floor plan): $1,200–$3,500
Senior Move Manager full service (coordination, estate sale coordination, packing, moving day, resettling): $1,500–$5,000 typical full-move range
Corporate services & relocation
Employee relocation support (per-employee package): $750–$6,000 depending on scope (virtual orientation → full pack/unpack + resettlement). For large corporate contracts price per move can be negotiated lower in volume. Corporate volume contracts can be retainer + per-move fee. (Relocation packages can be expensive if they include moving company fees; position Modern Neat as the concierge organizer/downsizer.)
Office/workspace optimization (per room/area): small office refresh $500–$1,500; whole-floor space-planning priced by sqft or flat project bid
Subscription Plan
- Maintenance (quarterly): $250–$450 / quarter — 1 visit (2–3 hrs) + priority scheduling + 10% material discount
- Bi-annual deep-organize: $450–$900/ visit — 3–4 hrs. with follow-up action list
- Annual membership (best for busy families / corporate clients): $900–$2,400 / year — includes 4 check-ins (one per quarter), 10% off hourly projects, and one complimentary small refresh
